DSM-Firmenich, the world's largest supplier of cosmetics is set to lead the future of scents in 2025 under the baton of master perfumer, Honorine Blanc. Throughout his career, he's famed for making YSL's Black Opium, Valentino's Born in Roma, and more.
Mocha Mousse Eau De Parfum (EDP) is a new scent formulated in partnership with Pantone, who announced the Pantone 17-1230 (Mocha Mousse) as the "Color of the Year" next year.
The color is a combination of warm and rich brown hue that represents naturalness and sophistication.
To capture this same atmosphere, the formula includes notes that open with the aroma of sweet cocoa beans, melting into salted peanuts in the heart and ending with the lingering scent of vanilla bean.
"Its indulgent, satisfying presence evokes serenity and warmth. I wanted to capture this enveloping feeling in the fragrance. Like savoring rich Mocha Mousse, it creates an instant craving," stated Blanc.
This perfume is expected to serve luxurious comfort and softness, all while exuding velvet sensuality and seduction.
